Maintenance Technician – Mechanical

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking to appoint a full time Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical/Plumber).

Salary

Band 5 pay is £32,073 to £39,043.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Operational Estates Management team, delivering reactive, planned preventive and scheduled maintenance services across all Trust premises including off‑site properties.
• Maintain mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with statutory compliance requirements.
• Participate in an on‑call rota as required.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or suitable training in a mechanical discipline at least Level 3.
• Appropriate qualification and experience in performing maintenance on a wide range of engineering plant and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
