Job Description:

Sales Associate, London (Full Time)

At Asket, our vision is a world free of mindless consumption. To get there, we’re on a mission to slow down the fashion industry by building one permanent collection of garments that last longer, do better by people and planet, and allow us to live fulfilled with less.

As a Sales Associate at our Brewer Street store, you’ll be a key part of bringing that mission to life every day. The Asket store isn’t a transactional space. It’s a place for genuine conversation about how and why we make things, where customers are invited to invest in a garment on their own terms, in store, at home, or not at all. Your role is to translate our values into a world-class experience for every person who walks through the door, whether they’ve been with us for years or are discovering Asket for the first time.

You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and deeply committed team on a genuinely challenging journey to change the way garments are made, marketed, and consumed.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver an exceptional, personal service experience to every customer
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and thoughtfully
  • Maintain high standards across the shop floor and back of house
  • Support VM activations, events, and day-to-day store operations
  • Process deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Share product and service feedback with the wider team
  • Help grow the Asket London community through considered, relationship‑led service

Who you are

  • Genuinely passionate about customer service, retail, and well‑made clothing
  • Experienced in retail, or simply someone eager to learn and grow in this environment
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving company where no two days are the same
  • Naturally warm and personal in how you engage with people
  • Aligned with the Asket mission and curious to go deep on what we stand for
  • Flexible and available across weekdays and weekends (37-40 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Available to start 1st of September
  • Holds the right to work within the UK

Accepting applications until 31/7
