Shifts: 4 on 4 off 19:00 – 07:00
Base: Gatwick
Mixed 70% driving and 30% warehouse activity role based near Gatwick Airport.
Working within a small team so good team work ethic and ability to work on own initiative essential.
Daily duties will be focused around receiving/despatching and delivering airport supplies to the airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% Aviation security protocols for all deliveries/collections processing through your facility.
- Load and secure items to delivery vehicles (including your own).
- Security Screen items to either Cabin Baggage or Known Cargo Status.
- Time management/route planning and communication to ensure your workload is completed.
- Planning and despatching loads (including via Transport Management System and liaising with drivers requiring assistance while performing their duties).
About you
- Minimum 3 years driving experience (airside preferable but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 points.
- 5 Year checkable employment history (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days)
- Right to work in UK & no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
