About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and attentive Exam Invigilators to support a well-established Further Education College in the Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in an educational setting.
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and compliant manner, in line with awarding body regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising students during examinations
- Distributing and collecting exam papers
- Ensuring exam conditions comply with regulations at all times
- Assisting with setting up examination rooms
- Reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam conditions
- Providing support to students where appropriate (without compromising exam integrity)
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
