PBS Support Worker: Empower Independence & Inclusion

Home Group in Welton is looking for a Support Worker for a 9-month temporary contract. You will assist individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, ensuring they lead more independent lives.

This role requires delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively with teams. A key part of the job is to support daily living tasks and monitor health. Excellent training, support, and up to 39 days leave are offered.
