Role
Join us as a FLT Driver on the night shift at our Burton‑upon‑Trent Palletforce site.
Salary
Salary range is £28,198.14–£32,313.02 depending on grade. Additional incentives include a £128.75 weekly attendance bonus and a Christmas bonus.
Location
This role will be based at our offices in Burton upon Trent, DE14 2SY.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the warehouse manager, ensuring loads are loaded to leave on time and are in line with H&S requirements.
- Carry out general day‑to‑day duties including:
- Ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly and can meet customer delivery requirements.
- Loading and unloading trunk vehicles for our network.
- Loading vehicles for general loads.
- Ensuring customers’ pallets are handled correctly.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy in line with H&S standards.
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred in a busy transport environment but not essential.
- Valid counterbalance forklift license.
- GCSE Maths & English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety as an FLT Driver.
