Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School

Overview

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our growing team in the Secondary phase of The Beaulieu Park School. This post is for 5 days a week from 8:30am until 4:00pm (35 hours per week). The role includes lunch duties (30-minute lunch break). Term time only, plus INSET days. You should be committed to supporting all pupils, including those with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils, including those with additional needs, within the Secondary School.
• Work as part of the learning support team to support all pupils.
• Participate in lunch duties as required.
• Follow directions from other members of the staff team and contribute positively to the school community.

Requirements / Qualities

• Enthusiastic, positive and able to work on own initiative.
• Able to follow direction from other staff members.
