You’ll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:
- Will and inheritance disputes
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trust and estate disputes
- Capacity and validity challenges
- Executor and trustee disputes
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
- 8+ years’ PQE with extensive contentious probate experience
- Strong technical expertise and confidence managing complex matters independently
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills
- A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring others
