IMMYZ is looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on smartphones and tablets.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
• Perform software updates, restores, and data transfers.
• Test devices before and after repairs to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean and organised repair workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair options to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, and other Android devices.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with microsoldering is an advantage but not essential.
