Assistant Manager

Position overview: Assist in operating restaurants on a day-to-day basis, support the General Manager, and help ensure smooth shift operations. Additionally, support local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy. *Subject to availability and certain eligibility requirements.
