Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.50 per hour; Saturdays: £14.50 per hour; Sundays: £15.00 per hour (Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays)

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely
- Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships
- Encourage social engagement and family connections
- Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)
Hold onto your hats, because you don’t need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders! We offer full, paid training — all you need is a heart of gold, reliability, and the drive to make a difference.
- Genuine compassion and respect for others (kindness goes a long way!)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive, can-do attitude (as resilient as a rubber band and eager to learn)
- Reliability and a caring, supportive nature
- The right to work in the UK
Depending on your exact routes, access to a vehicle/valid driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between locations is required.
