What will I be doing?

• Champion brand standards and ensure guest & team safety at all times
• Support the General Manager with day‑to‑day business operations
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and keep them coming back
• Serve as role model and guide training and development within the team

• Previous experience and confidence in managing a team
• Passion for hospitality
• Role model of giving great service
• Excellent communicator
• Resilience and readiness for a dynamic day‑to‑day environment
