We are seeking Offshore Site Support Workers to assist with a range of day-to-day operational activities offshore.
Applicants from construction, manufacturing, warehousing, facilities, and labouring backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
Monthly earnings typically ranging from £4,800–£6,200
- Fixed 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assisting operational teams with daily activities
- Supporting materials movement and storage
- Maintaining work areas and equipment
- Assisting with inspections and routine tasks
- Following site procedures and safety requirements
- Providing general operational support
Your Profile
Strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Flexible attitude towards duties
- Physically capable of operational tasks
- Previous labouring or site experience beneficial but not essential
Mandatory Safety Requirements
OSR-1 Validation
All candidates must complete the OSR-1 Offshore Safety Readiness assessment before selection can proceed.
BOSIET Sponsorship
Successful candidates will receive fully funded BOSIET training arranged by the company.
