About Us
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Senior Early Years Educator at Boundstone Nursery School. The role involves assisting the Head of School in providing high-quality childcare, planning and delivering an inclusive, caring and stimulating environment with exciting play opportunities that meet all children’s developmental needs and stimulate their learning.

Job Details
Grade 6 in West Sussex: £27,254 pro rata (pay award pending), if qualified to Level 3 in a related childcare qualification.
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30, term time only.
Location: Boundstone Nursery School, Lancing West Sussex.
Closing Date: 10th July 2026.
What You Need to Succeed
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of the key principles of child development and the Early Years Foundations Stage (EYFS)
- An understanding of the Special Educational Needs (SEND) Code of Practice and the provision of an inclusive environment
- Relevant organisational skills
- Knowledge and understanding of key carer systems and effective record keeping
- Good understanding of Ofsted regulatory requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of Child Protection and the Children’s Act 1989
