We are currently recruiting for a Meat Production Operative to work in a busy, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. The client specialises in producing fresh and frozen meat joints and products.
Key Responsibilities of a Meat Production Operative:
- Loading, processing, and packaging meat produce
- Executing manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
- Working to client specifications regarding weight and quality
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable handling chicken and pork produce
- Happy working in a chilled environment
- Able to work in accordance with food hygiene and safety procedures
Hours of Work:
- 6am – finish (typically 3–4pm)
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime payable after 42.5 hours
Rate of Pay: £NMW per hour
