Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tutor (Full Time Teaching role) July start

Employment

Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary up to £42 per hour, rising to £43 after year 5. What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality teaching/training sessions onsite in Wythenshawe, Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
• Someone who loves sharing knowledge and teaching and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Desirable

• Teaching, Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
• Knowledge of government-funded training.
• Level 3 or 4 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – If you don’t have these quals but have significant industry and teaching experience, my client will support with gaining these qualifications.
