The Opportunity

• Were looking for motivated, people-focused colleagues to join this exciting programme as Employment Specialists on a fixed term basis (dependent on funding).
• This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coaching experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile partnership programme.

What Youll Do

• Work one-to-one with participants to identify strengths, set goals and build confidence.
• Support individuals with CVs, job applications and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers to create job and training opportunities.
• Provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support.

What Were Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, as required, across North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset.
• Car driver desirable due to the nature of the role, which is predominantly working within community settings.
