We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale commercial project in south Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently on construction and earthmoving sites.
• Perform bulk earthworks, site preparation, grading, and land clearing.
• Carry out daily pre‑start inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
• Read and follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
• Work alongside site crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

About You

• Proven experience operating bulldozers in civil construction, mining, or earthmoving.
• Relevant machinery tickets, licences, or certifications.
• Strong understanding of safe operating practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high‑quality work.
• White Card (or equivalent construction induction card) preferred.
• GPS machine control experience is an advantage but not essential.
