Bank Support Worker

Salary: £15.07 per hour, inclusive of holiday entitlement uplift

About Heathy House
Heathy House is a modern, step‑down residential service designed to support men transitioning from specialist wards, acute hospitals toward supported or community living. The service offers a structured, safe, and supportive environment that fosters recovery, resilience and independence through personalised care and clear recovery planning.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person‑centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
- Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
- Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
- Promote independence and self‑confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
Experience Required:
- Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting.
- Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team.
- Understanding the importance of offering person‑centered quality care.
