AI Applications Developer/AI Innovation Engineer London Victoria (Hybrid)
Up to £60,000 + benefits

We’re looking for an ambitious AI Applications Developer with around 2-3 years of commercial experience to help design and build innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, marketing effectiveness, and business operations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time creating cutting-edge AI applications, automations, and workflows, while working closely with the marketing team and wider business to identify opportunities where AI can drive real value.
What you’ll Be Doing
- Building AI-powered applications, tools, and internal platforms
- Developing automation workflows and AI-enabled business solutions
- Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts using the latest AI technologies
- Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges
- Exploring emerging technologies and identifying new opportunities for innovation
- Supporting AI-related projects across content, communications, events, and business enablement
- Around 2-3 years commercial software development experience
- Experience building applications using modern development technologies
- A strong interest in AI, automation, agentic systems, and emerging technologies
- A curious, experimental mindset with the ability to turn ideas into working solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Front End development, automation tooling, or AI frameworks would be beneficial
