  • Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven Field Sales Executive to join our early-stage London team. You will play a key role in growing Stafwise by acquiring new customers through face-to-face sales in high-potential areas across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted door-to-door visits to restaurants, takeaways, cafes, and retail businesses
  • Present and demo Stafwise to owners and managers
  • Understand customer workforce challenges and close free trials and paid subscriptions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads
  • Provide market feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy

What We Offer

  • Base pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Commission: 100% of the customer’s first month billing

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience (field sales, B2B, retail, or hospitality preferred)
  • Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking to business owners
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient
