Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and driven Field Sales Executive to join our early-stage London team. You will play a key role in growing Stafwise by acquiring new customers through face-to-face sales in high-potential areas across London.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted door-to-door visits to restaurants, takeaways, cafes, and retail businesses
- Present and demo Stafwise to owners and managers
- Understand customer workforce challenges and close free trials and paid subscriptions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads
- Provide market feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy
What We Offer
- Base pay: £12.71 per hour
- Commission: 100% of the customer’s first month billing

Requirements
- Previous sales experience (field sales, B2B, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking to business owners
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient
