About the Role

UMB’s Corporate Trust and Escrow Services provides bond trustee and agency services to municipal and corporate issuers, as well as escrow‑related custodial and verification services. The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager supports the Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and delivering high‑quality client service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to corporate trust clients.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to compile performance data and maintain client records using Microsoft products and UMB systems.
  • Coordinate with operations staff, custodian banks, and client teams to execute client requests and resolve administrative and operational problems.
  • Assist in record keeping and activity coordination with operations.
  • Participate in cross‑training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of related work experience.

Compensation Ranges

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $54,220 – $79,020

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $49,510 – $72,340

US Employees in all other states: $44,790 – $65,650

The posted compensation range is an estimate; actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
