Position Overview
Senior Localization Producer – responsible for leading MT/LLM-enabled workflows for international production, based in London or Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-team initiatives, MT/AI Integrations
- Drive AI integrations, coordinate roadmap, maintain and improve MT & AI workflows with partners and internal teams.
- Innovate workflows by spotting opportunities for new MT, LLM-based tools or automation to improve quality, efficiency and scalability.
- Define global Localization and LQA standards, track performance KPIs, stay current on industry trends and make recommendations.
- Champion culturalization and help game teams adopt a global mindset at development start.
Assigned Games & Central Projects
- Own localization pipeline for assigned games, manage schedules, language requirements, project planning, translation and LQA execution.
- Manage budgets, track spending, implement cost optimisation action plans.
- Own LQA strategy and bug resolution, track linguistic and internationalization issues cross-functionally.
- Optimize resources, consolidate localization material, make informed decisions on vendors and workload.
- Oversee daily international releases and coordinate with functional QA, mobile tech, community, publishing and marketing teams.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Develop trust-based relationships with game teams, studio leadership, partners, and translation vendors.
- Manage external partner processes, set KPIs, monitor inbound and outbound quality.
- Mentor and guide other producers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
- Perform market analysis to guide language support and culturalization initiatives; share insights across portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for mobile gaming.
- 5+ years in localization production, project, program, or producer roles in mobile/F2P studios.
- Tech-forward mindset with strong aptitude for AI‑driven workflows (MT, LLMs, automation).
- Extensive knowledge of globalization industry: localization, internationalization, LQA, culturalization.
- Highly autonomous, solution-oriented with complex schedule, budget, and priority management.
- Excellent communication and influence skills; able to challenge status quo and collaborate across global teams.
- Analytical abilities to extract insights from data, simplify problems, and troubleshoot.
- Proficiency with Localization Text CMS, TMS tools, bug tracking, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
