Location: Glasgow, Newbury, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid Working: Work 2‑3 days per week in office, at least 8 days per month.

What You’ll Do

  • Create clear, simple, and user‑focused content across web and app journeys.
  • Turn business requirements and UX ideas into engaging, easy‑to‑understand wireframes.
  • Regularly optimise digital content to keep it accurate, consistent, and on‑brand.
  • Work closely with Brand, UX, Product, Legal and Engineering to deliver high‑quality experiences.
  • Develop different content variations and components to support testing, optimisation and personalisation.
  • Follow design standards and accessibility best practices.
  • Take part in design critiques, peer reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep design documentation up to date.
  • Support end‑to‑end content delivery for new features, updates and releases.
  • Use data, research and insights to improve content performance and customer outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Solid experience in Digital Design.
  • Good understanding of UX principles, customer journeys and responsive design.
  • Able to take complex information and make it simple and clear for a wide audience.
  • Comfortable working as part of cross‑functional digital teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Expert using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud and familiar with CMS platforms.
  • Experience using research, analytics or A/B testing to improve and iterate content.
  • Ideally has a background in telecoms, digital services or other customer‑focused industries.
