This is a fully location-dependent, in-person delivery driver role based in Bristol, UK. It is not remote-compatible in any way — the job requires physically driving a van on pre-planned delivery routes across a local area each shift. Requirements
You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Must be over 18 if handling alcohol products
- Good communication skills required for a customer‑facing role
Working Hours & Pay
Contract Type: PermanentContract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)Contracted Days: Any 5 days out of 7, working 8‑hour shifts. Further information provided during pre‑boarding.Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Hourly Pay Rates
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.08
- Sunday Day Premium: £15.36
- Sunday Evening Premium: £16.59
- Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
- Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
