You will collaborate with the Legal IT Platform Lead to enhance incident readiness and ensure process consistency, working on practical artefacts and improvement specifications.
Candidates should possess solid experience in IT Service Management, particularly in legal frameworks, and be capable of leading incident exercises and creating service packs. The role is contract-based, with rates between £350 and £425 daily.
