Trauma‑Informed Bereavement Specialist for Women

Advance is seeking a Loss & Bereavement Specialist to support women impacted by the criminal justice system at their head office in Hammersmith and in women’s centres across London. The role includes conducting person-centered assessments, developing support plans, and providing crisis intervention.

Applicants should have experience in grief counselling and understanding of traumatic grief and complex loss. This position requires working closely with the Prison Healthcare team and offers a salary range of £27,000 to £32,000 pro rata, with 21 hours per week and fixed-term until March 2027.
