Staff/Principal Product Designer – Fin

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our AI Customer Agent platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing complex product design.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
