Job Description:

Working within Specialist Children’s Service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which encompasses Community paediatrics, CAMHS and Acute Paediatrics, your role will be to address the health and wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families.

We are ambitious in our visioning for the future and are clear about the need to further develop integrated services that ensure that children, young people and families receive the right support, at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs. As such, you will need to be person‑centred, innovative in your thinking and leadership, and have excellent ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role focuses on mapping out clinical outcomes requirements across professional groups and pathways, and developing an approach to implementation that ensures reporting and extraction of data can occur so that clinical outcomes are evident, together with staff wellbeing and experience of service. The work is aligned to the SCS Strategic Plan and works across pathways to move toward transformational change and to understand profession‑specific requirements.
