Salary and Benefits

Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes – hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% from home).

Permanent, full‑time.

About the Role

As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of small to medium‑sized projects for the global security organisation. Responsibilities include identifying milestones and dependencies, prioritising resources, monitoring progress, managing finances, resolving issues, and representing the organisation at project governance meetings. You will develop and implement quality assurance procedures, promote lessons learnt, apply robust change management processes, and maintain a strong focus on customer requirements and organisational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring milestones and dependencies are met.
  • Prioritise and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track and report project progress, managing financial aspects and resolving issues promptly.
  • Represent the organisation in governance meetings and drive compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop quality assurance procedures for all major deliverables.
  • Promote lessons learnt, service improvement activities, and robust change‑management practices.
  • Communicate constructively with stakeholders and promote organisational values.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and engage specialist experts when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP and an ISEB Certificate in Project Management (or equivalent).
  • Experience using the latest project management methodologies.
  • Sound knowledge of financial controls and management, and experience with Enterprise financial systems (Oracle).
  • Track record of managing project risks and issues, with practical knowledge of relevant Health & Safety standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project (or equivalent).
  • Experience in the operation, maintenance and deployment of Perimeter & Protective Security or Estates & Construction.
  • Desirable: overseas project delivery experience, knowledge of Project Management products such as MSP, M_o_R® and M_o_V®, and understanding of the Building Safety Act and global logistics processes.
