Trauma-Informed Registered Manager, Children’s Home

Excelcare Holdings Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager to open and lead a 5 bedded residential service for children aged 8–17 in Lewisham, South East London. The role involves ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations, while promoting the emotional and social development of vulnerable children.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar setting. A strong focus on leadership and safeguarding is essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and partnership building.
