Location: Islington, London – Salary: London: £37,855 to £44,953 (pro‑rata); National: £34,871 to £41,408 (pro‑rata). Hours: 36 per week. Contract: fixed‑term until 31 March 2027.

About the role

We’re looking for a confident customer‑focused property and tenancy management specialist to join a small, busy team managing Clarion’s market, intermediate and NHS keyworker rental properties across London. The role involves all aspects of lettings, tenancy management and block management, and includes working remotely across Clarion properties, with occasional office‑based tasks from our Islington office.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise the customer experience and ensure our schemes are safe, well‑maintained spaces that tenants want to live in.
  • Handle all aspects of lettings, tenancy management and block management.
  • Build effective working relationships across Clarion and with stakeholders including NHS Trusts.
  • Communicate clearly with NHS staff about contracts and with tenants about tenancy matters.
  • Work independently and collaborate with a small team, supporting each other during peak periods and leave.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to manage changing requirements, such as the pending Renters Reform Bill and Building Safety Act.

Qualifications and skills

  • Strong customer‑focused approach with professionalism and compassion.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking to NHS staff and tenants.
  • Self‑motivated and independent, capable of working autonomously while remaining a team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to cover roles during leave and peak demand.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales during employment.
  • Must be able to travel extensively across regions to sites in the portfolio.
