You’ll be part of the frontline team at White City Living, a landmark St James development delivering up to 1,465 new homes in West London. Residents enjoy 39,000 sq ft of world‑class amenities, from lounges and cinemas to pools and a Health Club with virtual golf, creating a premium, hospitality‑led environment. With White City and Wood Lane Underground stations at the entrance, the estate has a vibrant pace and varied footfall. You’ll combine a polished front‑of‑house presence with vigilant estate safety, supporting residents, guests and contractors across lobbies, leisure spaces and external areas. Role Expectations
You will provide a visible, reassuring security presence, controlling access, monitoring CCTV, completing patrols and responding to incidents with professionalism and care. You’ll work closely with concierge and the estate team to keep people and property safe, while delivering a welcoming, service‑led experience for residents and visitors. Shifts are 10:00–22:00 on a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern.

- Unauthorised access is prevented through vigilant monitoring, smart decision‑making and firm but friendly communication.
- Incidents and near misses are handled swiftly, documented accurately and escalated appropriately.
- Proactive patrols identify risks early, reducing false alarms, hazards and service disruptions.
- Clear, timely handovers and reports keep colleagues and managers fully informed.
- Strong teamwork with concierge, contractors and the estate team keeps operations smooth during busy periods.
How You’ll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Managing access control and visitor registration, issuing passes and maintaining accurate logs.
- Conducting regular internal and external patrols across buildings and facilities.
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems, responding to alarms and investigating activations.
- Handling incidents and emergencies, supporting evacuations and coordinating with emergency services when required.
- Writing thorough reports, maintaining occurrence books and delivering concise handovers.
- Working closely with concierge, assisting with resident enquiries and overseeing contractor movements and key control.

Experience That Helps
- Security experience in high‑end residential, hotels or corporate environments.
- SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence and familiarity with access control and CCTV systems.
- Experience completing incident reports, daily logs and effective handovers.
- Knowledge of fire safety procedures, panel checks and evacuation support.
- First aid awareness or training and confidence engaging with emergency services.
