About the Role

Kingdom Group is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to support the Bupa site in Salford.

This is a part-time position offering consistent weekly hours. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and the site, while representing the Kingdom brand to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manning the reception desk and welcoming visitors to the site
• Conduct regular patrols of the site using the Patrol Partner system
• Provide a strong and visible deterrent against unauthorised access and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor site activity and respond to incidents effectively
• Complete accurate reports and maintain clear records
• Support site staff and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and confidently

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision required)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport required
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident approach
• Good observation skills and sound judgement
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential

Additional Information

This role is contracted at 24 hours per week. Shifts include 06:30-18:00 and 08:30-20:30, across a rota.

This is initially a temporary role with potential to become permanent. Employment contract will be issued separately. A full 5-year employment history check is required.
