Assistant General Manager – Bill’s Kingston-upon-Thames

Salary: £46,800.00 per annum OTE plus overtime.

Overview

We aim for “Everyone Leaves Happy” by caring for guests, colleagues and creating a supportive environment. The Assistant General Manager will support daily operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift and take the lead when the General Manager is absent.
• Understand service operations and implement ongoing improvements.
• Support the management team to achieve site goals and maintain high performance.
