Chief Governance & Compliance Officer

Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a Head of Corporate Governance to lead and oversee all aspects of corporate governance, company secretarial services, and statutory compliance across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this leadership role ensures compliance with legal and governance requirements while supporting the Board in decision-making practices.

The ideal candidate will be CGI qualified or have equivalent governance experience and possess strong knowledge of the Companies Act, along with excellent organisational skills.
