Outcomes First Group is seeking a Pastoral Lead to support the wellbeing and personal growth of pupils at Bluebank School. The role involves leading the pastoral team, championing safeguarding, and driving positive behaviour in a nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pastoral care and be a strong communicator, working collaboratively while promoting an inclusive culture that prioritizes every student’s needs.

The position offers a permanent contract for 37.5 hours a week, with a salary up to £31,500 per annum, depending on experience.
