The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client engagements, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver a first-class service. This varied position combines relationship management, programme coordination and operational support, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a busy and professional environment.
As Client Engagement Executive, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of client programmes from initial scheduling through to completion. Acting as a central point of contact, you will ensure communication remains clear, deadlines are achieved and clients receive a consistently high level of service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple client programmes and activities simultaneously.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of workshops, assessments and development initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and external partners.
- Managing project documentation, timelines and key actions.
- Supporting client communication and providing regular updates throughout delivery.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports and client materials.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitoring progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement across processes.
- Providing operational support to ensure efficient programme delivery.
What you will bring:

- Experience within client services, project coordination, operations, events, training coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
