Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Client Delivery Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team, supporting the delivery of high-impact client programmes and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client engagements, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver a first-class service. This varied position combines relationship management, programme coordination and operational support, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a busy and professional environment.

As Client Engagement Executive, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of client programmes from initial scheduling through to completion. Acting as a central point of contact, you will ensure communication remains clear, deadlines are achieved and clients receive a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating multiple client programmes and activities simultaneously.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of workshops, assessments and development initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and external partners.
  • Managing project documentation, timelines and key actions.
  • Supporting client communication and providing regular updates throughout delivery.
  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports and client materials.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement across processes.
  • Providing operational support to ensure efficient programme delivery.

  • Experience within client services, project coordination, operations, events, training coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
