What you will do

• Work proactively and manage your own tasks.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Deliver accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide assurance services to clients undertaking debt and equity capital raising.
• Manage and develop staff across audit teams and beyond.

What we expect

• CPA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience providing assurance services to clients in debt and equity capital raising.
• Experience managing and developing staff, including mentoring, counselling and recruiting.
