We’re looking for an experienced people leader to join our Agent Remuneration team as an Agency Administration Team Manager. This is a hybrid opportunity to lead a team that plays an important role in supporting advisers, intermediary firms and operational processes across Legal & General.
You will be joining a collaborative leadership team and will have the chance to make an immediate impact through coaching colleagues, improving performance and ensuring excellent operational delivery within a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Salary from £34,500 depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing a team of operational colleagues
- Managing team performance through coaching, feedback and regular 1:1s
- Ensuring service levels, quality measures and KPI targets are achieved
- Overseeing quality assurance activities and complaint handling
- Managing operational risks, controls and regulatory requirements
- Using management information to drive performance improvements
- Supporting colleagues through change, development and continuous improvement
- Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and intermediary partners
Who we’re looking for
- Previous people management experience
- Experience leading diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Financial Services experience
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and governance requirements
- Experience managing quality assurance or complaints processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and make informed operational decisions
- Experience working with brokers, IFAs or intermediary distribution channels
