Electrical Shift Engineer – Parking On-Site – FM Service Provider – Law Firm – Canary Wharf – Up to £56,080

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Canary Wharf. CBW is currently looking for 4 Electrical Shift Engineers in a critical law firm located in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Package

• Up to £50,300 + 10% Shift Allowance (£55,330)
• HVAP Allowance – £750 (Total including HV – £56,080)
• 23.5 days shift holiday

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings

Hours of work

Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights – 07:00 am to 19:00 pm & 19:00 pm to 07:00 am

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Multi-Skilled – Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
• Good Leadership & Management skills

Highly desirable

• Previous experience in a Critical environment
• Previous experience in a corporate environment
• High Voltage certified (Current or Expired)
