Pre-Birth Social Worker: Safeguarding & Family Support

CARDIFF COUNTY COUNCIL is looking for a dedicated professional to join the Pre-Birth Team, which provides crucial support for families during pregnancy. You will manage a caseload of 10-15 cases and work collaboratively with partners to ensure that safeguarding needs of unborn children are met.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work and experience in assessment and care management, along with excellent communication skills. Temporary position until 30/08/2027 with a market supplement of £5,000 from April 2026.
