Up to £38,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Van
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of domestic appliances within customers’ homes, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing a range of domestic appliances
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Managing van stock and replacement parts
- Delivering a professional customer experience
- Working to manufacturer and company service standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a White Goods or Domestic Appliance Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Multi-brand appliance experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Gas qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
Package
- Basic salary up to £38,000 DOE
