Health Visiting Nurse (Band 5) – Hybrid, 2-Year Contract

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse for the Health Visiting Team on a fixed-term contract. The position is full-time with hybrid working available, requiring a nursing degree and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will deliver the Healthy Child Programme while working collaboratively in a multi-agency team and traveling independently across locations.
