Being responsible for Stage 1 of the recruitment process – advertising, shortlisting, inviting candidates to interview, processing interview paperwork, managing the Recruitment Inbox and supporting the Recruitment Administrators on a daily basis.

Acting as part of the recruitment team to action all details on the employment lifecycle of an employee of the Trust from recruitment to contract.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administration Assistant to support our managers with the advertising and coordination of recruitment activity.

The role will primarily focus on assisting managers with creating, posting and managing vacancies, ensuring adverts are accurate, engaging and reach the right candidates. You will also provide wider administrative support throughout the recruitment process, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will use a range of systems and communication methods, including IT platforms, email, telephone calls, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face interactions with candidates and colleagues. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, able to manage competing deadlines, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 08:15 – 16:45
