Residential Youth Support Lead

Adecyn Homes is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker/Shifts Leader to provide care for young people aged 8-17 in a residential setting. The role involves encouraging independent living skills, safeguarding young people, and supporting their emotional and social development.

Candidates must have experience in a care home setting, possessing an NVQ level 3 qualification, and good communication skills. Working hours will include shifts and sleep-ins. A valid driving license and enhanced DBS check are also required.
