Role Overview

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations. You will be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock, deliveries, and all vital behind-the-scenes work to keep the shop floor stocked, clean, and ready for customers.
• Maintain a high pace and flexibility, working across the wider store as needed to meet retail demands.
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.
• Act as a key team player, supporting colleagues across functions and ensuring smooth operation of the store.
• Adapt quickly to shifting stock and delivery schedules, from early morning deliveries to late-day adjustments.
