Contract type: Fixed Term Appointment until 31 March 2029, with possibility of extension or permanency.

About this role

The Nature Networks Project Officer is based in Forestry England’s North District, covering Northumberland, Cumbria, County Durham and North Lancashire. The post holder will oversee the development and delivery of the District’s Nature Networks project, managing it through concept and definition stages and facilitating effective implementation on the ground, to deliver at scale and pace Forestry England’s nature recovery ambitions.

Working location

The post holder will work out of Forestry England North District offices at Grizedale or Bellingham.
