NICVA is the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. We support organisations to do their best work and ensure the sector’s voice is heard where it matters. We have recently launched an ambitious new five-year strategy focused on strengthening the sector’s resilience, leadership, skills and sustainability in a changing political, economic and social environment.

As part of NICVA’s Policy & Insight team, you will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to both the Engagement & Impact Manager and the Communications Manager. You will play a key role in retaining and growing NICVA’s membership of over 1,500 organisations, acting as the first point of contact for member queries and helping members get the most from their membership.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, supporting the delivery of communications across NICVA’s digital and print channels, and contributing to the promotion of NICVA events and activities. This includes updating website content, supporting social media activity, assisting with email campaigns, and helping to develop proactive retention strategies.

The role would suit someone who is organised, digitally confident, and enjoys building positive relationships. You will bring strong administrative and communication skills, experience of working with databases or CRM systems, and a proactive approach to supporting both members and colleagues.

Salary: £25,989 £26,824 per annum (Candidates are normally appointed at the beginning of the scale)Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week)
