BMS Service Engineer

Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 – £55,000
- £5,739 Car Allowance or Vehicle

The Role:
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS).
Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems).
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis.
- You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision.
- Proven diagnostics skills.
- Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU’s etc.
- Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus.
